Alex Montano

Hi, my name is Alex Montano and self-promotion is not my strong suit.

I have been designing and working with web sites for more than a decade. I designed and managed the web site for a CBS-affiliated TV station in Michigan for seven years. I’ve been on my own since 2006. I believe the greatest thing I have to offer clients is my perspective and experience (getting 15-20 emails from viewers every day allowed me to see what people love or hate about a site. There is little middle ground.)

I am sick of seeing people pay $10,000 for a website that is worth a tenth of that. I am tired of hearing from people who pay $100 a month just to have their site hosted by someone who pays no mind. Greed is rampant. Honesty and good work is at a premium.

Having spent the majority of my career in capital equipment sales in the automotive sector, I feel one of my main assets is my ability to listen to and understand my clients’ needs and to provide them with smart and effective ideas to help meet those needs, and ultimately add to their bottom line.

I believe creativity is a must in sales, and I always enjoy the challenge of coming up with an out of the ordinary solution to the ordinary problem.
